We strive to have quick turnarounds. Our average production time is 2-3 weeks from the day you place your order and give us your design. At that point, unless we are on terms with your business or organization, we will need a 50% deposit to proceed. The production time of your order may vary based on the quality artwork we are given and on any changes/edits you may make to your artwork in the design process. We encourage you to get us quality files and to check your email and respond as quickly as you can because it can delay your order. If your order is time sensitive, let us know! We will do our very best to meet your due date, however rush fees may apply.

We are very knowledgeable in all aspects of screen printing however there can be issues. Seams and zippers for examples can cause problems and effect your printed design. Not every seam or zipper is sewn in the same way and can cause inconsistencies with the print. There can be coverage, registration, and ink buildup issues that we cannot be held responsible for.

In many cases adult size prints can be used on youth garments. However, in some cases the design may require youth versions of the screens to be created and there can be additional charges to your order.

If you are supplying us with a design, unless specified otherwise, we will adjust the size accordingly to our specs or to what we think will look best based on the design and type of garment.

We do our very best to color match your design. Due to variations in monitors we cannot guarantee color matching from digital files. To ensure the most accurate recreation, please supply us with PMS (Pantone Matching System) numbers.

Sometimes there may be inconsistencies in the garment related to size, construction, or shade. Although we do our best to catch some of these flaws and let our clients know, we cannot be held responsible.

Standard orders may be cancelled however if the order for product to be printed has already been placed the buyer is responsible for any restocking/return fees. Depending how far along the order is in the process, art charges may apply as well

If your order differs from what you specified, we will gladly rerun your order correctly. We cannot accept returns regarding above policies unless faulty on our end or told otherwise prior to ordering. If you receive your order and it is different than what was approved of from the FIG Graphics Department, we will gladly rerun your order to what was approved.
