Expert garment decoration. Precision application. Extraordinary care.

Many people choose embroidery to decorate their shirts when they are looking for a little more of a professional look to keep them ahead in today’s highly competitive market. Your logo on a golf shirt, hat, or jacket can add that extra special touch to get you and your business noticed.

Our professional staff can have your logo converted to a digitized design that can be stitched on a variety of items without additional set up cost. With the latest in computerized multi-head embroidery equipment, we can transform a blank garment into a true work of art. Our sales staff continually stays on top of the latest trends in fashion to make sure your image stays on top of the competition. We also know how to provide that professional look to your employees at an affordable price.

We simply take your logo, get an approximate quote for you based on how many stitches the embroidery will have and with your approval on price, we will get your logo digitized. Digitizing is a special process of converting the artwork into stitches. The digitizer actually recreates the artwork using stitches, meaning programming the embroidery machine to sew a specific design, with a specific color, using a specific stitch. Once the logo has been digitized, it is ready for production. Just like screen printing, embroidery is a very hands on process. Specific color threads are loaded into the machine and the operator programs the design in a particular color sequence and sewing speed. The garments are then hooped to hold them in place and finally loaded onto the machine for the embroidery to begin. Once the embroidery is complete, the garment is unhooped, trimmed of any excess thread and backing material, inspected for quality, folded, and then packed.

Embroidery can provide your company with that extra touch that sets it apart from the competition.
