This store is up for a specific time determined by the person in charge of your event or organization. Please contact them for order deadline details.

We use name brands such as Gildan, Hanes, Jerzees, American Apparel, Bella, Canvas etc. The brands in this particular store were selected by the individual in charge. We guided them through the process helping them select garments that we were familiar with and best fit their budget.

Sizing can vary slightly from brand to brand, but in general, unless it is a fashion or athletic fit style from a brand such as Canvas or American Apparel, garments generally run true to size.
Each item in the store is marked with the garment’s brand name. Feel free to Google that brand and visit their site. Sizing and types of cut may be available.

Please see the tag that is typically located on the inside of the garment. As for the decoration of your garment and it’s care, all items in the store are either screen printed or embroidered. With anything we suggest to first off…be careful with bleach! Secondly, for longer lasting garments we suggest to turn them inside out when washing or drying them and on screen printed garments avoid direct contact with the print when ironing.

Online shopping and sales is increasing year after year. As demand grows, technology grows making it even safer to shop online. We do our best to stay up to date on technological advances. We are NOT ‘PCI-DSS Compliant’, because we use another party offsite to take care of the transactions. In this case it’s the popular and well known PayPal.
Safeguarding your information is PayPal’s most important priority! They do so by running Secure Sockets Layer 3.0 (SSL) or higher and all information is protected with an encryption key length of 168 bits (the highest commercially available).
We use Woocomerce to build our stores. We use a PayPal plugin which directs you right to their site to process the order so they safely and securely handle all the important stuff!

We hope you love what you ordered from this FIG Custom Online Store, but if you don’t because we made an error (nobody’s perfect!)…don’t worry, we stand behind our product. If you are not satisfied with your product due to a fault of ours you may return it for an exchange or refund.
We ask that you contact the person in charge of this custom online store so that they may be aware of the issue and they can contact us regarding the order so we can handle it in a timely manner.

Your order may have to be picked up depending on the the person in charge of this online store, in which case they will supply you with a date and location.
If this store’s orders are being shipped, the person in charge of this store has set an agreed upon completion date. When the order deadline is completed, we typically organize, process, and print the items within 2 weeks of that deadline.

We typically ship via UPS Ground which will then arrive 3-5 days after the agreed upon ship date depending on your location.

We ship from Wilkes-Barre, PA.

When ordering, please be sure you are ordering the correct size and color as exchanges are not allowed. The decorated garments of your FIG Custom Store are NOT kept in stock. We only decorate the items and the sizes that are processed. If it is an absolute must to have a new item decorated, set up fees will apply.

If an item is faulty due to a mistake on our part, it may be returned for a replacement or a full refund.
